AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

At Staff4Half, we strive to provide exceptional service and clear communication with our clients. To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we have outlined our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and our service delivery process. Please review the following policies to understand how we handle various aspects of our service fulfillment.

REFUND POLICY

1. Part-Time Assistant Option: There is no refund available for the Part-Time Assistant option. 2. Full-Time Professional and Full-Time Specialist Options: There is no refund on the placement fee. However, if we are unable to find a suitable candidate for your needs, the initial month of service payment will be refunded.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Digital Onboarding: All candidates are chosen and begin their roles digitally within 30 days of the order confirmation. 2. Service Scope: Our services are provided digitally and can be accessed from anywhere, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

RETURN POLICY

Since we do not provide physical goods, the concept of returns does not apply to our services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, please refer to our Refund Policy to address your concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation request made within 48 hours of signing the contract will receive a full refund. Please contact our customer service at support@staff4half.com to initiate a cancellation request.
