How we got here

Staff4Half started in 2021 as a general staffing agency. We placed professionals across industries: tech, logistics, professional services. We were good at it. But in certain industries, the results were different. Remote LATAM talent didn't just fill a role. It changed how the business operated. So we rebuilt around the five industries where we see it most.

Rosemary didn't stumble into the staffing world. She built her way there.

After 18 years in the office products industry, first climbing through two family-owned businesses to an executive role, then founding and scaling Gorilla Stationers in Huntington Beach, California, she learned what most business owners figure out too late: the work that drains you is the work that someone else should be doing.

At Gorilla, she grew the company through two acquisitions, built supplier and client networks from scratch, and ran an internship program that brought talent from Italy, Chile, Spain, Brazil, India, and El Salvador into real working roles. She didn't just manage people, she learned how to find them, place them, and set them up to succeed.

That experience, combined with a background in business from Cal State Long Beach and graduate work at UCLA Anderson School of Business, is what became Staff4Half.

S4H isn't a pivot. It's the distillation of everything she learned about what makes a business relationship last: reliability over price, specificity over generalism, and the right person in the right role from day one.
