FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The things most clients ask before bringing in a VA. Clear answers, no sales fog.

Less than you think. Most clients spend 15 to 30 minutes per day on direction and check-ins once onboarding is done. Your account manager stays involved, so if something isn't working, you flag it and we handle it.
You tell us and we act on it. Your account manager handles the conversation, not you alone. If the match is wrong, we replace the VA at no cost within the first 3 months. We don't disappear after placement.
Plan for 2 to 4 weeks to reach full productivity. The first week is about access, tools, and getting familiar with your workflows. By week 3 or 4, most VAs are running on their core tasks.

You'll have a clear roadmap from day one so there are no ambiguous “when does this get easier” moments.
Yes. Our VAs work in US time zones. You choose the schedule that fits your operation, whether that's East Coast, Central, Mountain, or Pacific hours. This is agreed upon before the placement starts, not figured out on the fly.
We handle the replacement. If your VA leaves for any reason, we begin the matching process again immediately and work to minimize the gap in coverage. You won't be starting from scratch on your own.
It's a fair concern. Every VA we place has gone through our vetting process, and access levels are always defined by you. You decide what systems, accounts, and information the VA can reach.

Beyond that, your account manager checks in regularly and knows your VA personally.
Bad VA experiences usually come down to the same things: unclear expectations at the start and no one to escalate to when things went sideways. Our onboarding is structured, your account manager is reachable, and the first 3 months come with a free replacement guarantee.
Most clients are matched in under one week. From there, onboarding typically begins within a few days of the match being confirmed.

If you're ready to move, the bottleneck is rarely on our side.
